I can't cancel my Microsoft Fabric account

I requested a Power BI Microsoft Fabric (FREE) account, and I want to close it. I tried to create a Power BI PRO account, but they won't let me, saying that this account is using another service. I just want to delete this Microsoft Fabric (FREE) account to create a Power BI PRO account.

How can I do this? Can anyone help me?

You don't need to cancel your account you just need to upgrade your license from Free to Pro. If your organization allows it you can do this from the account menu in the top right of the Power BI portal.

If not you may need to talk to your IT department to get them to allocate you a Pro license.
