Image URL's from dataset not working in Power BI online service

I have a paginated report built in the Report Builder. It has an image that pulls from URL's in a dataset, depending on the parameters selected.

Within the Report Builder preview, upon running the report, the images work a treat...but once published to the online service, the images don't work and I get an error back that the file type is not the correct MIME type.

Majority of the URL's are .png. I even troubleshooted by filtering out all data that didn't link to a .png URL and this still didn't work. The URL's are saved on a public website so no access issues to prevent the online service from grabbing them - and also, I've used the same datasets in Power BI desktop and published online with no issues.

HEEEELP!

Hi Neeko

Sorry but this doesn't help. In the "External" image settings you cannot specify MIME types.

I have read the other links you've suggested but none of these are looking at the same issue as mine. These are only looking at singular image sources. My dataset has a bunch of different URLs, which should change as the parameter changes...and it does work within Report Builder...but when I publish to the Power BI online service, the image doesn't work with any parameter.

Thanks
Megan
