A:Because the width is too short, it cannot be displayed. It may be due to different width display conditions between the desktop board and the server version.

Based on your description, I'm able to use between slicer in the following versions of Power BI Desktop RS and Report Server:

In addition, I tested the January version of Power BI Desktop RS:

Can you indicate which version you are currently using? This will help me with the test.
In addition, the above two versions can be used as an alternative workaround to ensure that between slicers work properly.

The picture below is the POWER BI version I use
But now the problem is not big, as long as I increase the width, it can be displayed normally

1.The width reserved on the desktop board is relatively narrow, so after uploading to the server, the end date will not be displayed.

2.As long as you widen it a little wider, it will display normally, probably like the picture below

This is mainly because when we set the slicer width to be smaller than the required display width, the slicer in the second part will automatically wrap and display. Also, because our slicer height is only suitable for displaying one slicer, the wrapped slicer is not displayed in the report.

As you mentioned, reduce the width and height of the slicer box, and then you can't see another date on the Report Server. This problem occurs because another part of the slicer is automatically wrapped.
First, I reproduced your situation here, as shown in the following figure:

When we try to increase the height of the slicer, we can see that another part of the slicer is in the next row:

When we keep the height limit but increase the width, it can still be displayed. This is mainly because the width we provide to these elements is sufficient, so it will not cause line breaking behavior:
