Hi Team,

Having some issue while exporting data from two different tables. i have two different tables in SSRS one for XX department and second table is for YY department in single page. When exporting to excel from result there is separate line between two tables. I want to remove that line and want to show looks like single table. Any idea or suggestion to exclude that row please.

For reports that contain groups of rows or columns, you need to make changes after exporting to Excel before you can display the exported data in a pivot table. You must add the group values to the cells that are missing the group values. As a result, the worksheet becomes a flat table with values in all cells. The following figure shows the updated worksheet.

Ensure that there are no extra rows or spaces between two tables in the SSRS report design. Sometimes even small gaps can cause the exported file to appear separated.
