Custom visuals don't show in report server portal

Hello,

Very nice to meet you all, I'm newer for this Forums, I always be vistors before.

We have a struggling problem, I searched the forums and the answer still couldn't solve my problem.

We have a serila dashboards which were published to Report Server, and we have a number of custom visulas (downloaded from PowerBI market) which shown normal in Report Server destktop, but shown blank in Report Server portal.

Our Report Server version is Jan 2024.

This problem occurred in our default browser Edge, we have tried to use Chrome which could show normally. We are hoping to solve it in Edge also.

My problem is very same to this Custom visuals not displaying , I have tried the answner, to use in Edge in-private mode, sadding it still couldn't show normally.

I think you can make sure that the custom visuals you are using are compatible with the January 2024 version of Power BI Report Server.
You can check the security settings in Edge. High security settings may block custom visuals. Open the developer tools (F12) in Edge and go to the Console tab. Reload the report and look for any errors or warnings that may provide clues about the problem.
Example steps to check for developer console errors:
Press F12 to open the developer tools in Edge.
Go to the Console tab.
Reload the page with the Power BI report.
Look for any error messages or warnings that may indicate a problem loading the custom visuals.
Custom visuals often pull in external resources. Make sure your report server and browser settings allow the necessary CORS permissions.
Make sure Edge is updated to the latest version. Outdated versions may not support some features of custom visuals.
