Optimized Desktop software URL broken?

Trying to download the May 2024 Optimized Desktop software, and the link is broken. Getting an "Internal Error" message. I'm trying to use the "Advanced Download Options" link from this URL: Power BI Report Server | Microsoft Power BI

These are taking me to the Report Server software. Does anyone have a link to the OPTIMIZED Desktop download?

This one worked. I could not find this link through Google, ChatGPT, Microsoft Downloads nor this forum until now. All the others either took me to the Report Server, Jan 2024 or May 2023.
