I want to setup power bi on premises, also connect with react, with out using any internet.

I have project for that i connect my power bi to azure ad, after that i have embed power bi report in react, i have generate access token and manage there dataset refresh using power bi apis, its working fine completely, now i have another client that want to setup all this locally like as a software on there pc, i just want to know is it possible to stup power bi locally, and embed with react locallly like without using the internet, everthing will be work on local port, also if its possible to refresh report and generate token locally through react. please give me the better ans for that and kind of better solution that help me out for this.

no Complete data is on my pc, i want to run all this locally.
