Power BI paginated Report, Effective Identity, FolderPermissionsNotFound

Hi folks,

I have a tricky problem and couldnt find much help within documentations.

Scenario: Export Power BI paginated Report with user Effective Identity

I got a paginated report developed within Power BI and is deployed online. Dataset backed by this paginated Report have got RLS implemented (dynamic RLS). we are using Power Automate to export the Report. we are working with Premium capacity.

A svc account has been created and given Admin permissions on both workspaces. workspace1 where dataset is located, and workspace2 where Paginated Report is located.

When my svc account is exporting this Paginated Report with testuserone identity, it is throwing following error.

FolderPermissionsNotFound.

I am not able to see any additional details within Error message. Any help/pointers is greatly appreciated. Thanks again for help

It's important to ensure that the service account used for exporting the report via Power Automate has the necessary permissions not just at the workspace level but also for accessing the underlying data, especially considering RLS is in play. The error FolderPermissionsNotFound you're encountering, , suggests there might be an issue with accessing the required resources or folders, possibly due to permission settings.

You can follow this step:

Double-check that the service account has not only admin permissions on both workspaces but also the necessary dataset permissions. This includes ensuring that is recognized within the RLS settings of the dataset.
Ensure that the effective identity being passed for is correctly configured to access the dataset with RLS. The effective identity should match the user's credentials within the app or service
