    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get the following error message when trying to refresh data that connects to an Access db.&amp;nbsp; The data source has been setup correctly and when I test the connection it works.&amp;nbsp; We are fairly new to Power Bi as a business and was hoping someone has come across the following issue.&amp;nbsp; To me it looks like the correct drivers haven't been installed on the server and if that is the case I was hoping someone would tell me what needs to be installed so I can get out IT guys to do this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error Msg:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;SessionID: 8c647516-7dbc-48bb-8d1c-f556c4c79c5b&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;[0] -1055784932: DataFormat.Error: Unspecified error. QCBD DATA.MDB. . The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;[1] -1055784932: The command has been canceled..       <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you are trying to connect to a legacy Access db format. At a minimum you'll want to convert that to an ACCDB format, but ideally you will want to put your data into a real database (like SQL Server) that supports 64 bit natively.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you see an error indicating that the Access Database Engine isn’t installed, you’ll need to download and install it. Make sure to choose the version (32-bit or 64-bit) that matches your Power BI Desktop version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;You can download the Access Database Engine from the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/desktop-access-database-errors" target="_blank"&gt;Troubleshoot Access and XLS import issues in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;And the bit version of the Asses database engine is to be 'skinned' with the Ballbidsktop version&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
