      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi i'm looking at a dataset on our ssrs server.&amp;nbsp; i dont see any friendly way to look at the underlying query.&amp;nbsp; i have sa.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;how would someone look at the query and any other properties that arent visible?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can see it in power bi report builder:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the Report Data pane, expand the Datasets folder, and then double-click on the dataset you wish to examine. This action opens the Dataset Properties dialog box.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;img /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the Dataset Properties dialog box, you can see the query in the Query box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could download the shared dataset as a .rsd file and open it in either Visual Studio or just open it in a notepad.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
