Power BI report server - Developer Edition????

Folks:

Is anyone aware of a Power BI Report Server - Developer Edition of the like? I am just starting an evaluation project - we are standing up infrastructure now. I have a subscription to VisualStudio.com. That is typically where I would get software for such an adventure. But I do not see Power BI Report Server available there. In addition - I would like to run the thing on my laptop - just as I run SQL Server Developers edition.

The only thing I can find out there is the 180 day evaluation which will meet our evaluation needs - but longer term developmet?? That will not work.

Any ideas??
