Trigger all subscriptions for a workspace on demand

We have a requirement to trigger all user subscriptions on demand.

We occasionally have an issue with our data where we have to rerun subscriptions...typically caused by either a delay in database loading or source system rerunning the consumed flat files due to a change. Most report subscriptions are set to run at a safe time, but occasionally we have an issue where we have to run all of the reports at a later time. We are trying to avoid clicking into each report and hitting "Send Now" several dozen times when this happens.

These are all paginated reports and go to external users, many of whom are not accessing the front end.

I have not found a solution while looking at Power Automate, the Power Bi Rest API's, or the native functions within the service.

Any ideas to address this requirement would be most appreciated.
