Publish to PBI Service Issue - Jan 2024 release

Hi,

running following Report Server: Version1.19.8779.19175 (Januar 2024),

i'm trying to publish a report to the cloud service using the report server ui.

When right-clicking the report, selecting the publish option, i'm now asked to sign in

Clicking sign in / "Anmelden", i'm able to see a redirect "https://app.powerbi.com/..." in a fraction of a second

and will return however to the current sign in page as if nothing happend.

A few weeks ago i was able to easily publish reports to the cloud service without an issue.

Could be related to the Report Server upgrade that i have done last week.

This behavior is same for a clustered instance (nlb) and a non-clustered instance of the Report Server.

Did you mean to say "to the on-prem report server" ?

No i mean to the PBI cloud service.

PBI Report Server does include functionality to migrate reports from the Report Server to the cloud service making it very easy to do so.

You can publish single reports by right clicking them or there is even an menu option to migrate all reports to the cloud service at once.

Im talking about the standard Report Server UI not PBI Desktop Optimized for Report Server.

The issue is gone.
I can't tell what caused it right now and how it got resolved.
Eventually it was infrastructure related on our end.
