Export data not work / not show column header

Hello!

In power bi desktop I have table with simple 3 dots to Export data (1st pic), when I publish report in the server I do not see that dots, accordingly can not export data. Please help!!!!!

You have to turn on this setting in desktop to be able to spread the data around in service
