FIlled Map showing up blank for some users

Hi,

I have a filled map in one of my reports in PB Report Server. I can see the map without any problem when viewing the report. I'm viewing it through the browser on a workspace VM on the client network, using VPN.

But some users reported that the map is coming up without any data and that It is just showing the world map, not zoomed in and without any colors.

Any idea on the issue?

Hi Vishnu1995 ,

The probable reason about users don't see the data is because you've set RLS on the data source, which is causing them to not see the data that should be there.

Ensure that the data sources used by the map are properly connected. Verify that you have the permissions required to access the data.

Hello Anonymous , There is no RLS on the map. The only RLS is on the navigation to the page containing the map. The user can see all the other visuals on the page, which uses same table source as that of the map.
