Visual Header(...More Options) not appearing in Power BI App

Visuals not showing theheader and More options where the Export data option lies after publishing to Power BI Service and viwing the report in Power BI App. The visual header option is enabled and able to see it for some filter type visual but not for others.

Enabled this option for the report, Any ideas on what might be missing?

Is it possible that this image below is not visible?

Make sure the export data option is enabled by the tenant admin.Export data from a Power BI visualization - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Try the below things for safe side:

1. Try to open in incognito mode and check(To check cache issue)

2. Try to clear cache and then check(To check cache issue)

3. You can probably publish the report back to workspace and then check(To check Refresh issue)

4. download pbix and check from desktop(To check if issue is with Services)

If it does not help, please provide more details.

Tried with clearing the cache and re publishing but still not seeing the visual header. I am seeing the visual header in desktop version and able to export the data. I am also able to see the visual header in edit mode in Power BI Services but not in report or dashboard view.
