Empty Space before bullet points while converting HTML to text IN REPORT BUILDER POWER BI

I have data in sql server ,There is one column which has HTML Tags ,

I have taken on table visual and and added filter to and and added HTML Tags column in cell of table and did "HTML - Interpreter tags as a style".Then When I run the report these gives thes output--

In these the problem is Before bullet points it has some space .I want bullet should start from extreme left of that box.I do not know what is the reason behind it.I have made padding to "0pt" for left and made left Alignment of text but still it keeps blank space before the bullet.Can anyone help me with it.

For the above Text box ,These is the column with HTML tags as shown below --

<ul> <li style="text-align: left;">Cyclicality</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Historical Financial Performance / Recent Margin Ramp</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Competitive Differentiation</li> </ul>

That's the way list items render by default. Use CSS to modify that behavior.

Do I have to make changes in HTML source?

Or can It be done by via sql server by using replace function etc...(I tried using replace finction,adding CSS style start from left via sql server but it did not work.

Can u please suggest me In the below HTML Tag,what needs to be replaced via sql query to remove blank spaces before the bullets--
