    <description>&lt;P&gt;It was something dumb.&amp;nbsp; I added the pbi service account to the local admins group, but found it was removed by policy.&amp;nbsp; I added the account to the controlling policy, stopped/started the pbi service and all is well...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to publish report to RS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PowerBi Report Server version 14.0.600.438 running on Windows 2012 R2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SQL running on another network server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PowerBi Desktop October 2017 on terminal server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When attempting to save a&amp;nbsp;report to the RS, during the save process, an error comes up saying, "An error occurred while attempting to save the repot to PowerBI Report Server."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error from the RSPortal log:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RSPortal!library!RSPortal.exe!3!01/05/2018-08:48:25:: e ERROR: Throwing Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.ItemNotFoundException: , Microsoft.ReportingServices.Diagnostics.Utilities.ItemNotFoundException: The item '/blanktest.pbix' cannot be found.;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error from the RSPowerBI log:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;|ERROR|7|Failed to connect to AS| RequestID = s_2e62a7ce-7150-4f7d-ab39-dc8dc7484a08 Microsoft.PowerBI.ReportServer.AsServer.AsConnectionException: Failed to connect to AS ---&amp;gt; Microsoft.AnalysisServices.ConnectionException: A connection cannot be made.
