We have found out that our existing paginated reports with a data-driven subscription and email sending doesn't work anymore.

I think you should probably raise a ticket with Microsoft support for this sort of issue.

Which build of Sep23 release you have installed?

I didn't even know that it is available a new build.

On this site: Report Server changelog the last build is still the 15.0.1113.165.

Just upgraded one server to the last build (1.18.8702.6380(build 15.0.1113.169) ).

Sadly no one of the builds is able to solve the issue.

We have opened a support ticket to Microsoft, and currently they are investigating the issue.
