Is it possible to integrate Power BI Report server Authentication with KeyCloak.

It might be possible. There is no built-in integration, but Report Server does provide the ability to build your own custom security extensions Implementing a Security Extension - SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) | Microsoft Learn so you might be able to code one yourself.
