We are evaluating Power BI integration with Remedyforce.

In this forum, I am looking at PowerBI Report Server(AWS/Auzre) integration with Remedyforce.

Can you please provide the official documentations of the integration architecture, methods, and processes?

If this BMC Helix Remedyforce - BMC Software is the product that you are referring to then that is a cloud based solution so you would not use the on-prem report server. Instead you would be better off using the Power BI cloud service - https://app.powerbi.com .

Since Remedyforce seems to be based on the Salesforce platform you could probably use either the Salesforce objects Power Query Salesforce Objects connector - Power Query | Microsoft Learn or the Salesforce Reports connectors Power Query Salesforce Reports connector. - Power Query | Microsoft Learn to pull data into Power BI for reporting

Thank you. I also get the similar confirmations from BMC. Power BI can connect to either Salesforce Objects or Reports. I am able to load the Remedyfroce data using the Salesforce Reports.
