    <description>&lt;P&gt;If this &lt;A href="https://www.bmc.com/it-solutions/bmc-helix-remedyforce.html" target="_blank"&gt;BMC Helix Remedyforce - BMC Software&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;is the product that you are referring to then that is a cloud based solution so you would not use the on-prem report server. Instead you would be better off using the Power BI cloud service - &lt;A href="https://app.powerbi.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://app.powerbi.com&lt;/A&gt; .&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Since Remedyforce seems to be based on the Salesforce platform you could probably use either the Salesforce objects&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/connectors/salesforceobjects" target="_blank"&gt;Power Query Salesforce Objects connector - Power Query | Microsoft Learn&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;or the Salesforce Reports connectors&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-query/connectors/salesforcereports" target="_blank"&gt;Power Query Salesforce Reports connector. - Power Query | Microsoft Learn&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to pull data into Power BI for reporting&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&amp;nbsp; I also get the similar confirmations from BMC.&amp;nbsp; Power BI can connect to either Salesforce Objects or Reports.&amp;nbsp; I am able to load the Remedyfroce data using the Salesforce Reports.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
