    <description>&lt;P&gt;For the last couple of days I can't launch PowerBI (version 2.112.603.0) as an admin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm on Windows 11 (version 22H2).&lt;BR /&gt;As per the doc suggests (&lt;A href="https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/desktop-error-launching-desktop" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/desktop-error-launching-desktop&lt;/A&gt;) I checked the content of the following folders and they're both empty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\WebView2\EBWebView\Crashpad\reports&lt;BR /&gt;C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\WebView2\EBWebViewElevated\Crashpad\reports&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What i'm observing is the following :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="WPidR.png" style="width: 399px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/847730i773C60587191D506/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="WPidR.png" alt="WPidR.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;No error message, no alert, nothing. I tried to reboot the computer, reinstall the windows app, install a previous release (Nov &amp;amp; Oct). Nothing works. The process starts and then freezes.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was working like a charm a week ago. Any insights on this please ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;1. This Desktop is Power BI Desktop for RS or Power BI Desktop&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. If is Power BI Desktop, where are you download the installer software? Microsoft Store?&lt;/P&gt;
