Can Power BI open excel by default with a 3d map or a pivot table?

Hello,

I would like to know if there's a way that Power BI can open excel by default with a 3d map or a pivot table,
instead of clicking insert menu >> pivot table or clicking insert menu >> 3d map, after excel had opened.
