Power BI Report Server On Premise not able to load certain visuals

Hi all,

I'm trying to publish a report to the on premise report server using a new visaul from the marketplace and it will not load after publish. It gives this error saying it can not load, any ideas ?

The report server has no access to internet, that much I can say.

Is it the custom visual that has the problem of not loading?
