Radar Chart 2.0.2 can not show in report server

Radar Chart 2.0.2 run successfully on my desktop. But when uploaded on the report server, it can not show and says that i need to add the chart to my PBI. Does ANYONE know how to fix this?

Make sure that you don't have any proxies in your browser or firewall that is preventing your visual to display.

However，some other visuals like Power KPI Matrix 3.1.1 can still display on report server. Is it still possible that any proxies stops radar chart from displaying?

And when i download the sample file of radar chart on Microsoft Appsource and upload it on the report server. It can also display without error. It's weird.
