Sheduled refresh and python script

I have sql source and i have an excel file from a sharepoint that i loaded with Python script. Does not work sheduled refresh. It's silly that python scripts don't start automatically. I know it's possible to allow one-premises data getaway, but there's no way to adjust it for colleagues and it's not very convenient. Is there a solution? I want to take all the data with python from sql, excel and sharepoint because python has more options, but there is no way to set sheduled refresh. 😞

As far as I know. You want to refresh the Python script in Power BI, there is currently no better way to do it than using the personal gateway.

It is not supported to implement schedule refresh via on premise Data Gateway (Enterprise Gateway) for Python in Power BI Service currently .

While you can implement schedule refresh via Personal Gateway for Python in Power BI Service. The additional steps are the following:

- Install the Personal Gateway - you need a Personal Gateway installed on the machine where the file is located, and where Python is installed.

- Enable scheduled refresh for the dataset – Need to enable scheduled refresh for the dataset with Python scripts
