Unable to set enterprise gateway for ServiceNow (ODBC)

We are using ODBC connection to connect to Servicenow env, I can schedule the reports using personal gateway but unable to select data gateway.

with continual use of Personal gateway we get below messages:

"The last refresh attempt failed. Your Personal Gateway is offline or could not be reached." as my login on the server where Personal gateway is installed expires.

I have installed both Personal and Enterprise gateway on the server.

Hi neerav_singh,

The machine hosts the gateway needs to be access the ODBC DSN. In your scenario, you need to sign in to get gateway work again in the same machine as ODBC DSN created on.

When you use the on-premise data gateway, please use the same connection information as you defined in desktop. By the way, please always keep the gateway to be run as the latest version.

The machine hosting gateway has the ODBC DSN created & is working, still the option is greyed out.
