According to your description, you can download the powerbi report using powershell by following these steps:

The first step is to install and import the MicrosoftPowerBIMgmt PowerShell module

The second step is to fill in the variables at the top of the script:

The third and final step is to sign into Power BI, a prompt asking you to sign into Microsoft Azure will pop up. Use the credentials you would use to sign into PowerBI.com.

REST API PBI Report Server

Is it possible to use REST API in PowerShell to download and upload reports in bulk to a PBI report server?, for example select multiple folders, or at least a folder containing multiple PBI reports?. And also if anyone can share a script example of this situation would be great!. Thanks!
