    <description>&lt;P&gt;There no officical best practice how organize reports in folders. You can organize reports in folders as you want (e.g. by company organization/teams or by purpose).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But good practice by me is:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-not setup(break) permission on report level, but always on folder level.&lt;BR /&gt;-in case large number of granted users (e.g. &amp;gt;20) user domain groups instead individual permissions&lt;BR /&gt;-for consumer use role "Browse", for developers use Publisher/ReportBuilder, and for admin/owner use Content Manager role&lt;/P&gt;</description>
