Are you talking about Power BI Paginated Reports or Power BI Reports ?

In case of Power BI Reports,

- if you are using the Filters from same table it will automatically update/filtered on next level

- in case if you have 3 different dimension connected to Fact table then you need to create a measure in fact table i.,e. COUNTROWS(FactTable) and filter the other 2 visuals based the measure.

Types of filters in Power BI reports - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

If you are using Paginated Report

- you need to update your next filter query by passing value from previous parameters.

Create parameters for paginated reports in the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Use cascading parameters in paginated reports - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Report parameters in Power BI Report Builder - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
