Third Party visual is not working in Power BI report server May 2021 version

Hi Team,

We are using third party visual - Zebra chart with licenced version in Power BI report server may 2021. Since last week facing the issue zebra chart control is not displaying. but it working fine in power bI desktop May 2021. After publishing the same report is not working in power BI report server. Can you please help me with this? - Thanks.

You probably need to contact Zebra for support on this sort of issue. You could try opening the dev tools in your browser and check the console to see if there are any errors there, but you may need assistance from Zebra to resolve anything like this anyway.

d_gosbell , Thank you for quick reply. I tried other third party visual also is not working. Not only zebra visual. Could you please help me how to resolve this problem. Is there way to get error message in Power BI report server may2021?

As I said previously - open your browser's developer tools and check the console there.

Or even try starting your browser in incognito mode, it could be a new browser plugin or something causing issues.
