&lt;P&gt;Do you enable the&amp;nbsp;Advanced option "Column Encryption Setting" ? That will decrypt your data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The issue does not look to be about encryption. I think the issue might be "msdyn" tables are system tables and the columns you chose look to be some type of ID, not description. I am not familar with the schema, but you probably want to find the details table and possibly join the two tables together so that you get the correct "serviceAccount" name for the "msdyn serviceAccount" identifier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
