Employee ID modification not reflecting in the BI Portal(report server)

Hi all,

I have a situation where in, Employee ID for my colleague is updated.

I am trying to give her access to dashboards on BI Portal Report server with the new employee ID, however even if I input the new employee ID the accesss is getting mapped to the old Employee ID.

Tried, deleting the old Employee ID access and give access with new employee ID but still the access remains with the old ID.

we have Azure AD and Organization AD where the user details are present.

pls help with possible ways to resolve this

PS : If i have to clear the cache on Report server . How can I do it?

I am not sure how did add new user to the report sever portal. Can you clarify. Did you read this doc?

Anonymous I have added the user as mentioned in the above document.

Few colleauges are suggesting to clear the cache. Is it a correct approach?
