Report Filters with OR instead of AND

The standard filtering only works for AND/AND. e.g. I can filter for any rows that have >$50 Turnover AND >$350 Payout.

I want to be able to filter OR/OR. e.g. filter for any rows that have >$50 Turnover OR >$350 Payout. Note that there could be duplicates here (a row could fit both parameters) and it would need to filter these out.

I have had a google here and it talks about DAX and other things that are over my head for now. Is there any solution for dummies?

Not really. This does indeed require DAX measures.
