&lt;P&gt;Check the specific data model. Does the field itself contain such arrow icons? just like below:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;img /&gt;&lt;img /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not, check the column or measure formula used in the "value" of the specific matrix visual, you can insert arrow icon into the formula. Or use the conditional format function, refer to the following:&lt;/P&gt;
