Upgrade multiple versions at once

Hello all,

I have a small question. I am in PBIRS May 2020 version, is it possible to upgrade in one time to May 2021 version? Or do I have to upgrade in October 2020, then January 2021 then May 2021?

Because I have this error that I don't really understand...

Setup: Sending usage data: Operation:Upgrade, Outcome:Failure, ExitPoint:FailedCondition, ErrorMessage:The server did not understand the request, or the request was invalid (0x800C000C)

vivien57 My understanding is that PBIRS version updates are cumulative, meaning that you should be able to go from one to another without the interim versions. Maybe a support ticket? You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

No need to update all versions, you can just install the latest version with all features are included.
