REPORT SERVER DASHBOARD'S DON'T UPDATE

Good afternoon! I'm with the following problem: When i put a scheduled update to run in my Report Server, it messages me that's the process got sucessfull, but the dashboard still stuck and never gets updated. What should i do? Thanks!

Hi EduFranco58 ,

First of all, are you using Power BI Service (app.powerbi.com) or Power BI Report Server (Web portal: http://server/Reports)?

For Power BI Service, if dashboard doesn't reflect changes after refresh, please wait about 10-15 minutes for a refresh to be reflected in the dashboard tiles. If it is still not showing up, re-pin the visualization to the dashboard.

For Power BI Service and Power BI Report Server, if report doesn't reflect changes after refresh, please manually refresh the report or your browser. You can also refer to this blog to set schedelued browser refresh.

If all above don't work, please check if the source data is indeed changed.
