    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a report which uses SQL Server and Sharepoint as Data source. The refresh runs fine in Desktop and Cloud but when I deploy it to Power BI Report Server we keep getting error during refresh.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;[0] -1055784934: This feature requires installing a newer version of the .NET framework. To use it, you must install at least 'Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5': https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=528259. The exception was raised by the IDataReader interface. Please review the error message and provider documentation for further information and corrective action.

&lt;P&gt;Does this issue occur for all reports?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What's the version of your Report Server? Can downgrade or upgrade the version help?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Issue is not actually with RS. Found that we were trying to do a HTML to text conversion in Power Query editor and it doesn't like it for some reason.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Html.Table([Columnname],{{"PlainText",":root"}}). This transformation works well in desktop and cloud but fails in RS.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Since it works well in Desktop and Cloud, &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;it may be not supported in Report Server&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;. But there is &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;no official documents mentioned thi&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;s.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It is suggested to create a &lt;A href="https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/" target="_self"&gt;support ticket&lt;/A&gt; to get further help if you are a pro user.&lt;/P&gt;
