Report Server Jan 2021 Arcgis not showing

Just installed the new jan 2021 report server and desktop , I have ticked the box under security to enable Arcgis maps and restarted the application but the icon for the maps does not show. anyone else got it working ?

Based on my test, it works well in my environment, would you please show us the screenshot of visualiztion pane with issue?

Thanks, i have found the problem we use a sandbox server for testing new releases of powerbi it runs windows 2012 r2 and i normally test the desktop software here first. This is where the arcgis doesnt work . but I have installed it on a windows 10 laptop and it works fine.
