hi there!

we have power bi report server with several power bi reports.

we do know about ability to specify specific report while connecting Power BI Service:

how to arheive the same with the Power BI Report Server hosted reports?
i.e. how to force openning specific report in mobile app programically?

sure we can connect report server in mobile Power BI app and navigate to specific report manually.

the question is - how to open in Power BI app exact report from outside (from another app).

I doubt you can do that, report server is basically an on-premises server, you must connect to the server to access the report. Unlike PBI service that is on the cloud, with appropriate permissions you can access the report with tenant url.

we can connect the server from mobile power bi app

also we can navigate to report through the folders

and we can open report (we have all permissions needed) and it works.

but the quistion is - how to automatically open specific report in one step, like as described for powerbi service in article:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/mobile/mobile-apps-deep-link-specific-location

where is the similar ability for report server hosted dashboards?
