Disable "Include in report refresh" not working (Jan 2021 release)

Hi,

When disable "Include in report refresh" on table in Power Query editor, in Power BI Desktop with disabled Enhance Metadata Format, and Save as to PBI Report Server, during scheduled refresh it is not working correctly. This table is still reloaded during every report refresh.

When Enable Enhance Metadata format, it is working correctly. And it is not critical issue.

Can you confirm it DOES work with Enhance Metadata format enabled as expected? The dev team would likely deny fixing this bug if it works in Enhance Metadata enabled.

Yes, confirm. When Enhanced Metadata format is enabled, it work as expected.

The guidance will be to migrate your reports to use Enhanced Metadata then.
