1. How do I rename the "Power BI Report Server" Home page

I want to change from "Power BI Report Server" to "MyCompany RDD" , attached the screenshot

2. How to change the logo from "default" to "our company logo"

There is also a PDF in which every thing is explaind which you can change ;).

Web portal (company logo & color scheme) can be customized (branded) using the same files that are used for branding PowerBI Report Server (PBIRS). For more details, please refer to https://blog.wicktech.net/branding-pbirs-and-ssrs-2017/
