Can we migrate power bi backend from SQL server to SAP business warehouse automatically considering backend table structure remains the same?

I‘m afraid not. There is no way to automatically migrate. If you can change the data source and the corresponding permission information and all related information in PQ to ensure that the results are consistent, you can try. But this is difficult, almost impossible, generally only the data source of the same data source type can be changed.
