Hi,

I have set up an on prem Power BI Report Server, that uses Accounts in the Company’s Network Services.

And for each report I can assign users different roles and that works just fine. However some of the user get access to the reports without any problem, while other users get prompted when entering the page “Authentication Required”. Even though they write their ID and password, the pop up is still there, and can't enter the site

I can't add the site to "Trusted Site" as I don't have admin rights

However, I am able to log in with my ID & password on the site, on any computer or webbroswer within the companies network
