Report datasets not reflecting the refresh on Power BI Report Server Cluster

Hi everyone,

We have a PBIRS cluster with 2 servers. Currently we have some schedules doing refreshes on some report datasets on a daily basis.

We have noticed that even when the refresh was marked as complete the data seems not to be refreshed at all. Any ideas on what might be the issue?

Additionality we also have occasions where the refresh gets stuck in "refreshing..." and does not finish.

Any help is appreciated.

Which version (build) do you have?
