How to render and email (distribute) dynamicly a Powerbi report to different users

Hi,

I am looking for a way to have a Power BI Report (Report builder) dynamicly been created and send dynamicly to different users.

i.e. i have a dataset with 10 customers including a field with name and a field with email.

I would like to schedule the PBI Report at a daily basis to loop over the the dataset by customer name, render the report for that customer and send it by mail to the corresponding email for that customer. Each day the dataset will consist of a new group of customers , that's why it needs to be dynamic in distribution. Does Power BI Premium support this kind of distribution or is other software needed?

Hello,

this should be possible via DataDriven Subscription.

Add a Parameter to the Report (@Customer) that filters the list accordingly.

Now you can set up a Subscription.

With Datadriven Subcrption you can write a SQL Query that gets all the customer for that run.

Use the result in your delivery options (choose "get value form dataset") and also for the Report Parameter in that subscription.
