Fail to install gateway

Hello,

We try to install gateway and we have this error:

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 20.38.136.208:443

what we need to do to solve it ?

for what situation do you need the gateway?

On premises with the report server you don't need any gateway :).

we already had On premises gateway that work well.

but yesterday when we try to publish Pbix it wrote that Message,

so we try to update to the new version and the message stil the same

Hi AssafDavidoff ,

understand so you need the gateway to use the datasets in the Power BI Service :). I was wondering because this is the Reports Server area and in this case you don't need a gateway.

Try to uninstall the old version and install the new one :).

Hi AssafDavidoff ,

do you've checked the firewall settings? If I read the error message it looks like the gateway can't reach the source? May be thats the problem?

When did the error appear? In the Power BI Service or during installation?
