custom visuals are not working with Power BI server

Hello All,

I've a report with custom visual (FunnelWithSourceByMAQSoftware) and uploaded to the Power BI server and was working fine,

since 2 weeks all custom visuals are not working only showing the title of the visual with right-click options like show data, export,..etc

I have a power bi server 1.6.7327.3007 (January 2020) with associated desktop version.

I've tried the following in order to solve the issue with no luck:

1-restarted the report server

2-remove the graph from the report and imported it again

3- downloaded the visual from web and imported using "from file" option

so please if any suggestion it will be really appreaicated

Anonymous Probably have to contact the third party vendor.

You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

Thanks for you reply, but I'm facing this issue with all visuals downloaded from the market. it's not related to one graph
