Unable to upload Power BI file on PBIRS

I am getting below error when am trying to migrate the power bi from Cloud to On-Premise (Power BI report server)

Untick the following option in your desktop PBIX file under Option. Preview Features

Hi Anonymous ,

Open it un the desktop version for cloud than as meantioned from Fowmy disable the metadata preview feature. And try to open it again in the desktop for Power BI Report server. If this doesn't work rebuild the report in the desktop for report server via copy and paste.

Hi Kathrin

Before posting in the forum, I have tried already enabling and disabling the feature which you have mentioned.

Does rebuilding the report from the scratch is the only solution ?

Oh I thought so... I had the same problem last week. I don't find another workaround 😞 Report Server is sadly not that good supported like cloud. But If I find another solution I will add this here ;).
