Basic authentication for Power BI fails after 10 minutes or more the service or server is restarted

We hosted Power BI and paginated reports on Power BI report server (Jan 2020 ) Version . we are facing issue with basic authentication .Power BI Reports fail with a blank page without rendering the data in 10 minutes most of the time. Sometime they fail as quick as 3 minutes and there are cases they did not fail for straight 18 hours. Below is the error we see . if any one facing the similar issue , can you guys help us to find a solution for this ?
